Cancellation/Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all services. This allows us to manage our appointments effectively and offer the reserved slot to other clients.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will make every effort to accommodate you for your full service appointment. However, if a scheduling conflict arises due to the delay, we reserve the right to shorten your session while charging the full price for the service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a seamless schedule for all our clients.
